To enhance awareness, responsibility, and capacity in implementing occupational safety and health measures, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company organized the 2025 Occupational Safety and Health Training for various groups in compliance with Government Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP.
The training was conducted in multiple sessions from June 10, 2025, to June 25, 2025, with participation from the Board of Directors and employees from various departments.

The training program covered the following content:
- Legal regulations on occupational safety and health;
- Rights and obligations of employers and employees in occupational safety and health activities;
- Hazard identification and risk assessment at the workplace;
- Measures to prevent occupational accidents and diseases;
- Procedures for incident response, first aid, and handling emergency situations.
Through the training, participants strengthened their professional knowledge, honed practical skills for handling real-life situations, and gained a deeper understanding of the role of occupational safety and health in building a safe, healthy, and efficient working environment. Upon completion of the course, all participants underwent a final assessment and were issued certificates as per current regulations.
