On December 25, 2025, the Party Committee of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company solemnly held a ceremony to admit a new Party member for the outstanding mass member Vo Hoang Minh, belonging to the Party Cell of the Service Business Department, after a period of training, effort, and being recommended with the trust and confidence of the collective. This was a meaningful event in the work of Party building and development of the Party Cell, contributing to strengthening the Party with young, qualified, and enthusiastic members.
The Party member admission ceremony was attended by:
- Comrade Nguyen Van Thanh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of the Company;
Members of the Party Committee, Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Party Cells, and all Party members of the Service Business Department Party Cell.
Overview of the ceremony
Under the National Flag, the Party Flag, and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, the ceremony was conducted in strict accordance with the procedures and regulations of the Party Charter.
On behalf of the Party Cell Committee, Comrade Le Ngoc Doan – Secretary of the Service Business Department Party Cell, announced and presented the Decision on Party admission to the new Party member. This decision recognized the continuous efforts in study, training, and dedication demonstrated by Comrade Vo Hoang Minh over the past period.

In a solemn atmosphere, Comrade Vo Hoang Minh took the oath of a member of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, pledging loyalty to the Party’s ideals and revolutionary goals, striving to excellently fulfill all assigned tasks, and continuously working to be worthy of being an exemplary Party member.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Le Ngoc Doan congratulated Comrade Vo Hoang Minh and emphasized that admitting new Party members is a regular and important task in building a clean and strong Party. He assigned tasks to the new Party member, requesting him to continue to uphold a pioneering and exemplary spirit, to strive in study and self-improvement, and to fulfill well the duties of a Party member during the probationary period. An official Party member was also assigned to guide and support Comrade Vo Hoang Minh throughout the 12-month probationary period.

In response to the trust placed in him by the Party Cell, Comrade Vo Hoang Minh expressed his honor and pride in being admitted into the ranks of the Party. This event was not only an honor for Comrade Vo Hoang Minh personally, but also a source of motivation for other mass members in the unit to continue striving. It is believed that, with youth and enthusiasm, the new Party member will join the collective of the Service Business Department Party Cell in unity and effort to successfully accomplish all assigned political tasks.
