On November 18, 2025, with the approval of the Party Committee, the Company’s General Director, and the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation, the grassroots Trade Union of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company solemnly held the 7th Congress of Delegates for the 2025–2030 term. The Congress aimed to summarize and evaluate the movements and activities of the Trade Union during the past term, set out orientations, tasks, and solutions for the upcoming period, and promote democratic spirit to elect a new Executive Committee with sufficient competence and integrity.
The Congress had the honor of welcoming the following leaders:
- Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Full-time Member of the Members’ Council, Chairman of the Trade Union of Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation.
- Ms. Truong Thi Thanh Huyen – Vice Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation.
- Mr. Dang Nguyen Nguyen Huan – Member of the Standing Committee of the Corporation’s Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
- Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Company.
Along with delegates representing employees from affiliated Trade Union units.
Overview of the Congress
At the Congress, the Company’s Trade Union Executive Committee presented several key reports, including: The report on Trade Union activities for the 2022–2025 period and orientations for the 2025–2030 term; The self-review report of the Executive Committee for the 2022–2025 period of the 2022–2027 term; The consolidated report on the results of the sub-union congresses.
The Congress conducted the election of the Company’s Trade Union Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term, consisting of the following members:

Executive Committee of the Company’s Trade Union for the 2025–2030 term
In his directive speech at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh acknowledged and congratulated the positive achievements of the Company’s Trade Union during the past term. He highly appreciated the solidarity and efforts of the Trade Union staff in caring for the welfare of employees and protecting their lawful and legitimate rights and interests. He also expressed his confidence that the Executive Committee for the 2025–2030 term will continue to uphold the organization’s traditions, innovate its activities, stay aligned with the political tasks of the unit, and further strengthen the Trade Union.
