On the afternoon of April 30, 2025, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company solemnly held a ceremony to announce and present officer appointment decisions. The event was honored by the presence of Mrs. Le Thi My Hanh – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of SAMCO Corporation, Chairwoman of the Company’s Board of Directors – along with key executives of the Company.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Board of Directors, Mrs. Le Thi My Hanh presented the Appointment Decision to Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh – Chief Accountant – to assume the position of General Director of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company effective from May 1, 2025, replacing Mr. Dang Nguyen Nguyen Huan, who has been appointed to a higher position.

In her speech assigning the task, Mrs. Le Thi My Hanh congratulated Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh and acknowledged his dedication throughout his career. She expressed confidence that, with his experience and leadership capacity, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, together with the Company’s Executive Board, will effectively achieve the business goals in the near future, advancing the Company to new heights in the country’s new era. She also emphasized the importance of developing a capable succession team and expressed her hope that, in his new role, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh will continue to uphold the fine traditions of West Coach Station, built over generations of leadership.

Also at the ceremony, Mrs. Le Thi My Hanh presented the following personnel decisions:
- Decision to relieve Mr. Tran Van Phuong from the position of Deputy General Director and grant him leave per his personal request, effective May 1, 2025, after nearly 40 years of service and dedication to the Company.
- Decision to appoint Mrs. Le Ngoc Doan – Deputy Head of the Financial Accounting Department – to the position of Acting Chief Accountant, effective May 1, 2025.
- Decision to appoint Mrs. Dang Hoang Anh – Team Leader in charge of Quality Management, Technology and Quality Management Department – to the position of Corporate Governance Officer cum Secretary and Information Disclosure Officer, effective May 1, 2025.
