Pursuant to the plan for issuing shares to increase charter capital from owners’ equity, as approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders at the annual meeting on June 30, 2025, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company will proceed with the payment for odd lots of shares arising after rounding to shareholders.
1. Beneficiaries: Shareholders with odd lots of shares according to the List of Security Holders Exercising Rights compiled by the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (list of shareholders entitled to payment attached).
2. Payment Method:
- Cash: Shareholders may receive payment directly at the Finance & Accounting Department – West Coach Station Joint Stock Company. Please bring your ID Card/Passport/Business Registration Certificate for verification and to sign the receipt.
Payment period: Starting from September 15, 2025, during business hours from Monday to Friday (morning: 7:30 – 11:30; afternoon: 13:30 – 17:00).
- Bank Transfer: Shareholders are kindly requested to submit the Transfer Payment Request Form and a copy of their ID Card/Citizen ID to the Finance & Accounting Department – West Coach Station Joint Stock Company (sample transfer request form attached).
The bank transfer payment method is only applicable from September 15, 2025, to October 15, 2025. After this period, shareholders are kindly requested to come and receive cash directly at our company.
