Based on the official schedule of public holidays and Tet holidays in 2026 approved by the Government, in order to proactively prepare and effectively serve passengers’ travel demand during the upcoming holidays, the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day holiday will last 03 days (from April 25, 2026 to April 27, 2026), and the April 30 & May 1 holiday will last 04 days (from April 30, 2026 to May 3, 2026). As the two holidays are close to each other, employees may arrange to take approximately two additional working days off between them, which could extend the continuous holiday period to around 09 days (from April 25, 2026 to May 3, 2026).
Since March 2026, the global political situation has become increasingly complex, and fuel prices have risen sharply, directly affecting the operating costs of transport companies. Under cost pressure, some transport operators have adjusted their ticket prices and operating schedules accordingly.
In order to proactively ensure effective passenger transport services, maintain security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and firefighting, environmental sanitation, and service quality during the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day and the April 30 & May 1 holidays in 2026, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company (West Coach Station) has developed the following passenger service plan:
1. Traffic Volume Forecast
1.1 Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day Holiday 2026
- West Coach Station forecasts that the number of departing vehicles and passengers during the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day holiday in 2026 will increase by more than 1% compared to the same period in 2025.
1.2 April 30 & May 1 Holiday 2026
- West Coach Station forecasts that the number of departing vehicles and passengers during the April 30 & May 1 holiday in 2026 will increase by more than 3% compared to the same period in 2025.
2. Ticket Sales Plan
- During the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day holiday (from April 24, 2026 to April 27, 2026) and the April 30 & May 1 holiday (from April 29, 2026 to May 3, 2026), West Coach Station will organize ticket sales as follows:
+ From 05:00 AM to 09:00 PM daily for transport operators that authorize the bus station to sell tickets;
+ 24/7 ticket sales for transport operators that sell tickets directly.

3. Ticket Prices during the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day and the April 30 & May 1 Holidays in 2026
- Transport operators wishing to increase ticket prices (if any) must submit official documents to the competent authorities in accordance with regulations and send the ticket price declaration notice to West Coach Station for public posting at ticket counters and for ticket sales to passengers;
- West Coach Station encourages transport operators not to increase ticket prices during the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day and the April 30 & May 1 holidays in 2026.
Service activities during the holidays will ensure security and order, environmental sanitation, fire prevention and firefighting, and traffic safety.
