Congress Overview
The Congress had the great honor of welcoming Comrade Le Thi My Hanh – Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Corporation, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Company, the Executive Board of the Corporation, and all Party members of the West Coach Station Joint Stock Company Party Cell.
The 5th Party Congress of the Party Cell of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company, term 2025–2030, evaluated the implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Congress, term 2020–2025, drew important lessons, and defined directions, objectives, and tasks for the next five years.

In her address to the Congress, Comrade Le Thi My Hanh highly appreciated the achievements of the Party Cell of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company and expressed her hope that the Party Cell would continue to maintain strong unity and consensus among the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Executive Board, and the collective of staff, Party members, and employees. This unity is a decisive condition for maximizing collective strength and successfully accomplishing the unit's political tasks.

The Congress also reviewed the leadership performance of the 4th Party Executive Committee for the 2020–2025 term, and elected a new Executive Committee, Party Secretary, and Deputy Party Secretary. The elected comrades are exemplary in political integrity, revolutionary ethics, leadership competence, courage, and intelligence, capable of meeting the demands of leading and developing the Company in the new period. The Congress also elected delegates to attend the 5th Party Congress of the Corporation, term 2025–2030.
